Dried red raspberry leaf is most commonly used in herbal infusions/teas and a base for smoking blends. 

When used in an infusion, it is commonly used for menstrual cramps and during pregnancy, in the third trimester to support the uterus and prepare for birth. 

Used in smoking blends, red raspberry leaf provides a smooth sweet base for a blend.
