Mexican Tarragon an ancient herb native to Mexico and Central America. Already the Aztecs used it as one of the ingredients in their chocolate drink to give it a spicy flavor. In the modern kitchen, Mexican Tarragon’s Tarragon like flavor with hints of anise make it a perfect substitute for French Tarragon. It seasons soups, chicken or fish dishes and makes a wonderful anise flavored tea.

*Packaged in a paper bag with plastic lining to retain freshness and keep moisture out.
We are a small-scale producer of culinary and medicinal herbs. Herbs are grown on our farm in British Columbia without the use of sprays or fertilizers and hand harvested, dried and packaged on site. Our products are picked at their peak and dried in small batches to retain shape and flavour.
