Chive Blossom Vinegar

This Chive Blossom Vinegar is a beautiful pink colour and only gets stronger with age. 

If you prefer it milder, strain out the chives after receiving it, but if you love a stronger vinegar, leave them in for another few weeks or months. The vinegars were made mid-June 2022.
